If you are not registered for courses, your enrollment status will not be reported and your Financial Aid cannot be awarded, disbursed, or refunded.

  1. You can check the current holds on your account by visitingÌýÌýand logging in with your NetID.Ìý
  2. Then, click the Student tab and the Student Records link.Ìý
  3. Lastly, clickÌý.Ìý Each Hold Type and contact office is listed in detail below should you have questions about your hold(s).Ìý Please do not reply directly to this email as the contacts below are best equipped to address your concerns.

  • Immunization HoldÌý– Your immunization records are incomplete.Ìý Please see theÌýImmunization websiteÌýfor information about submitting immunization documentation.Ìý For information about your required immunizations, please log into your account or contact Client Services 1-800-938-6090.
  • Student AuthorizationÌý– You must complete and acknowledge all parts of the Student Authorization.Ìý The Student Authorizations link can be found onÌýÌýunder theÌý link.
  • Bursar’s Office – You may have a balance or other outstanding obligation with the Bursar's Office.

  • Bursar Transcript – You may have a balance or other outstanding obligation with the Bursar's Office that restricts the release of an official transcript.Ìý

  • CPR Hold – For information about your required CPR Hold, please log into your account or contact Client Services 1-800-938-6090.
  • Information SecurityÌý– You must complete security training from available on Blackboard (instructions below).Ìý Each year, current students must complete the refresher training modules assigned.Ìý Questions? ÌýContact: 901.448.1880
    • Log in toÌýÌýwith your NetID and password.
    • Click the Information Security Training - Students course link.
    • Complete the modules.
  • Your hold should clear overnight.Ìý Please allow 2-4 business days for Immunization holds to clear.
